Crucial Conversations at Home: The art and science of raising happy, well-adjusted, productive children is a topic that is near and dear to every parent. Crucial Conversations is a course that teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at home, work and play. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll begin to surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.

Details:

Duration: 14 hours of classroom time in a spaced-learning format (four 3.5 hour modules across 4 weeks). Engage in extensive in-class practice, group participation, and personal reflection as you explore and master these crucial skills.

As the signatory , by signing this waiver, I assume full and sole responsibility for my own safety, health and well being for the duration of the Crucial Conversations Mastery Course held in modular sessions October-December 2016. In signing this waiver I agree to place a deposit of $300.00 (checks only) payable to John Bourke 2 weeks prior to the start of the first module. The $300 deposit will be returned in full when the Master Trainer has confirmation of participant's full attendance of all sessions or if class is cancelled or postponed by Dads in the Hood Administration .
