Leadership
Development, by our definition, constitutes the “unfolding” of
the individual’s competency and capability to guide, direct,
or influence others to follow toward reaching a common goal or
outcome. Our focus in the arena of Leadership is clearly on the
notion of “emergence” of
individual potential with a bias toward action (shaping the environment).

Retreats, Board of Directors Orientation and Development Seminars,
Keynote Speeches, Employee Training Classes and more.
Coaching,
the term given to a professional relationship in which responsible
support and encouragement is leveraged to insure
clear, vision-aligned perspective, direction and action. Our
Corporate Coaching is based on the following cornerstones:
- the
client defines the need and agenda
- the
coach uses discernment, not judgment (facilitator vs. judge)
- the
client makes the choices and decisions
- the
coach and client hold each other accountable for agreements
- confidentiality
needs are continuously clarified
- coaching
is biased toward manifested action (not just clarity of mind)
Coaching
programs typically include an assessment stage to clarify client
needs and issues followed
by a scheduled
series
of in-person
or phone sessions.
